Your Dollars at Work

Thanks to the generous support of donors in our

community, we have been able to purchase items to

enhance health care in Olds.

Donated dollars have helped to bring enhanced health

services to Olds, especially in the areas of Women’s Health

and Orthopaedic Surgery. Because of donations, the Olds

Hospital & Care Centre is now able to perform shoulder

surgeries locally, reducing wait times for patients while

also bringing additional traffic to our local businesses as

patients and families travel into Olds from out-of-town for

surgery.

Because of new women’s health equipment being purchased with donated dollars, we have been able to secure a new OBGYN to open practice here in Olds. Without donor support, these enhancements would not have been possible.
